By accessing or using the CoSites website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date indicates the current version.

2. Description of Services

CoSites provides custom website design and development services, including single-page and multi-page sites, premium visual effects, AI-powered features (e.g., chatbots), content management, and deployment. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in project agreements or quotes provided after your inquiry.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting project requests or contacting us.
  • Not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes others' rights.
  • Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or that you do not have the right to use.
  • Cooperate in a timely manner (e.g., feedback, materials) so we can deliver the agreed scope.

4. Payment and Fees

Fees are as stated on our pricing page or in your quote. A reservation fee (e.g., $99) may apply and will be credited toward your project. Payment terms (e.g., milestones, full payment) will be specified in your project agreement. Refunds are handled according to the agreement and applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you receive a license to use the delivered website and related materials for your business. We retain the right to use general skills, tools, and non-client-specific work product. Pre-existing materials (e.g., your logo, content) remain yours; you grant us a license to use them for the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoSites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant project or service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you breach these terms. You may stop using our Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) will remain in effect after termination.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoSites operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
